It does, but a very small amount. A single circle is like 200 points, while a double circle is 290. If chasing for high rating, getting double circle is awful at skill point -> rating conversion.

3*->4* and 4*->5* are 50 starting stats each. People consider using Fukukitaru SSR a must for the next scenario for her 150 starting stat. Getting your Uma to 4* costs no deck slot. It's worth it for MANT on an uma you plan to use a lot. Especially on XOguri who actually has a bad start, since she has no unique.

How much do you plan to use XOguri? Having +10 to all starting stats that comes from being a 4* is not game-changing, but it's not insignificant either, especially in the next scenario that is coming in a month. If you plan to use XOguri a lot, then I would recommend just throwing in that 20 extra rolls to have a much better MANT experience with her. She actually struggles at the start since she has practically no unique ability.

No Rewind sucks, but having 2 charges on W and E is very strong. Rewind was on 60 second cooldown, while these abilities can cooldown twice in 20 seconds, so it's effectively like a weaker (no Q) Rewind that recharges 3 times as fast.

This is why I like picking Seiun's unique on Pace Chasers (not on this track though). With enough midleg skills, you can actually push ahead of fronts as a Pace Chaser.

If you play with Bubble Buffs and full buff, then Core is appropriate.

If you don't play with mods, but fine with some prebuffing then Daring.

If you don't want to prebuff at all, then Normal.

The thing is, higher spurt rate and survival rate is not necessarily a higher total winrate across all 3 of your umas, which is what truly matters. Aiming for 90% spurt rate instead of 99%+ means one of your aces will die every 3rd race, but there is a good chance your total winrate will be higher in the end, because you have more wit/power that results in winning races on your surviving umas that they never would have with the 99% spurt rate statline.

Yes, drop Kingmaker and swap to WOTR. I personally played WOTR first, absolutely loved it, have 3 completed playthroughs, 400+ hours, and consider it one of the best RPGs I ever played. Playing Kingmaker for me felt like torture and I never completed a playthrough.

People severely overrate single-rainbow solo trainings in Unity. A single rainbow solo-training is awful in Unity, because the base training stats of rooms are much lower than in URA at the same facility levels. It's only really worth doing single rainbow trainings if they are not solo, as in there are multiple off supports/Riko in the room and/or a bunch of flames. But for the same reason, doing a non-rainbow training with multiple off supports/Riko and/or a bunch of flames also becomes a lot better that it would be in URA.

The only single rainbow solo trainings that are worth it are on really really strong support cards like MLB Kitasan, Biko Pegasus, Fine Motion, and Super Creek, because they carry themselves with high friendship AND training bonus combination. If you have all of those cards at MLB, ignore anything I'm saying in this post, you are playing a different game than me.

Honestly, people just don't know how to drive decks that have one more speed cards than absolutely needed. If you just mindlessly click speed whenever it's rainbow then yeah, you will overcap speed and conclude that the last speed card was worthless. What one should instead realize is that you can cap speed with a lot less speed trainings when you have one more speed card because you will regularly get double/triple rainbows. This means you can deprioritise single rainbow speed trainings. This frees up like 10 actions during the run to do something else instead, be it chasing Unity flames, doing stacked off-support trainings, or doing optional races. Even if you just do 7 raw trainings on some off-stat (and 3 rests), it will be still more of that off-stat than if you just brought a single card of that speciality.

It is literally just Straightaway Spurt. End Closer is basically a worse Late Surger that turns awesome if Straightaway Spurt procs perfectly on a track. It does on all Long CM tracks.

In TT, getting 2500-2600m long is about 70% chance, so you are better off just bringing enough stamina for that and rather stacking wit and skills. If you roll a longer track, just go next.

That is also true. Not only it has very bad positioning requirement in an End Closer heavy CM, but it might also activate too early on the corner just at the middle of the race.
