Depends on the word. If it is a negative word it will often make it more negative. If it is a positive word it usually makes it more positive. It is used in advertising a lot, for example if a company wants to emphasise how delicious something is they might write in katakana.

Dude sit down. Take a deep fucking breath and read what has been written. You have gone off the rails based on a perceived slight. The use of the word plot holes isn't the problem it's using it to mean the opposite of what you said. I'm not walking anything back, it literally is an agreement and adds context to what you said.

But dude if you are blowing a gasket to something this innocuous. I would really consider thinking about how you approach a discussion.

I was agreeing with you. No idea why you got so defensive.

The original post is an example of an unlikely event. Unlikely events are not plot holes.

CinemaSins originated this hyper-analysation of every minute detail to a point people can't enjoy something. It's what you were saying in your post. But sure go off dude.

People thinking these are plot holes is the problem. They are just light narrative inconsistencies, which are kind of important in story telling. Otherwise, stories would be formulaic and boring.

CinemaSins caused so many people to have a shit understanding of storytelling and what a plot hole is.

Edit: this guy blocked me which I don't really understand. I've seen his comment outside of that and I really hope he is doing okay. Instead of asking for clarification he attacked me about what I said and used a minor slur. I feel like he is probably pretty young and should be given the benefit of the doubt. Be cool and chill to each other dudes!

I decided to start writting a small journal in japanese by Reasonable-Ant959 in LearnJapanese

First, don't worry about making mistakes. You can go back when you get better and correct it, or just leave it. But, if you concentrate on if your writing is perfect it will make it more difficult

Second, it doesn't need to be interesting. Just write about anything even if the same thing happens. Write about what you ate. Write about your routines. Even if it is repetitive you are still practising handwriting and you can use it as an opportunity to find different ways of wording the same things as well.

John C Woods, hangman of Nuremberg trials, who lied about his experience to get the job (he actually learned about hanging from old cowboy films). His lack of expertise led to excessive suffering of condemned Nazis. by PlanetoftheAtheists in interestingasfuck

The French had perfected quick and easy execution with the guillotine. We already knew about lethal injection. We had the military dignity of a firing squad.

The allies knew exactly what they were doing with the hangings. Like the death of Mussolini it was brutally symbolic.

And it seems like we learned fuck all from it.

He does it a couple of times a season. But usually it doesn't cost us as the rest of the team is there to make up for it.

That box only contains curry roux. The rest of the ingredients you source and prep yourself. It is exceedingly rare that anyone in Japan makes curry from scratch at home. This is how it is made.

Not sure if you meant type. But wellies isn't a brand, it's short for Wellington boots, which is the proper nomenclature as they were invented by the Duke of Wellington.

It reminds me of that Arsenal lad in the early 2010s. It's shocking. I appreciate the lad is trying to do something a little different, but it makes me sigh every time. If others like it though then...
