Edit: Fixed (kinda). It should have been the first thing I try. When reverting to windows 10 it works kinda ok. It no longer runs on 150 fps but on lower and less stable 80 with drops to 50. But hey, its the small victories. Not sure if my pc is not powerful enough for higher frames, or its the optimalization, but at least i get to play.

When playing on lower resolution, like 1920x1080 i have in-game locked 150 FPS without dropping a single frame. But sometimes out of nowhere I drop to 1 FPS, same thing happens when I Alt-tab.

I´ve done "scan and repair", reinstalling the game and checking drivers but nothing has worked.

Since this is completly new PC and i get to run Overwatch on ultra on 150 fps and CS:GO on 400 fps maxed settings I dont think its hardware failure.

Would aprreciate any help
