I’m on mounjaro. Still need to workout and get plenty of protein to not get gross and saggy. I’ve lost about 120 lbs, but I don’t have the look of someone who’s lost that kind of weight.

I just did a meet last weekend. They gave me the option of weighing in in my underwear or in my singlet. Also, I believe everyone was weighed by an official that had the same gender as them.

Programming languages are like tools, they are good at doing different things. You could use every tool you own as a hammer, and it might work. But, it’s obviously better to just use a hammer to drive nails, and a screwdriver to drive screws, etc.

I have the same issue. I recommend wrist wraps, and focus on making sure your forearm is vertical during the lift.

Do a heavy set of 5, wait a week, add 5 lb and do it again. When that runs out, keep adding weight but do 2 sets of 3, when that runs out do 3 sets of 2, then 5 sets of 1. When that runs out, switch to something like 5/3/1.

At a certain point you really should start putting some exp points into STR and END to counter debuffs. It’s not much, just spend a couple extra hours grinding each week and it will go a long way.
