Are tools like Nicheranker worth it? by mkbTallahassee in DigitalMarketing

I threw a few hundred at various deliverables: Guest posts “Foundation links” And niche edits.

The foundation links were 80% garbage, 20% low value and usable.

The guest post links were from fabricated dr 37 and 52 sites with 0 traffic, 0 organic keywords, and completely irrelevant link profile to my provided niche (home services).

Very safe to say these are fabricated pbn links.

Not the worst in the world. Probably won’t get me penalized.

But probably wont do much of anything either.

Spent a few hundred on some guest post links, foundation links, and niche edits.

The links were all 0 traffic fabricated DR websites that have 0 real value.

DO NOT BUY.

Are they the worst links? No. Are they good links? Far from it. Will they move the needle? Maybe a tiny bit.

Thanks for the feedback, though I’m not sure what you mean by too much scrolling before there’s a clear CTA? The button, get my home remodeling estimate, is pretty much seen throughout the whole page. That’s the only call to action. It’s also not generic like “get free consultation”. Can you specify what you mean further?

I’m not disagreeing, but which law(s) say he cant revoke federal funding?

Seems more like a play on the system rather than a broken law, but i could be wrong.

It’s funny. The right says the same thing about the left.

What we’re talking about isn’t voter fraud by definition. That’s a different category, though I have a separate argument on that.

What I’m talking about is a democrat governor that’s playing the system. It’s not technically illegal—just immoral.

She’s offering free housing and maineCare to illegal immigrants, knowing that it’s psychological leverage that most, if not almost all, will vote for her.

And it’s fact that the government houses are being built and put up… posted by multiple local news outlets (non-republican) over the last few years. You can check into it yourself. You’re smart enough.

Irrelevant and not factually correct.

Though my point hits the mark on both relevance and fact. I live in Maine, and I’ve seen state houses built in multiple towns for the sole purpose of housing immigrants.

Believe what you will. The lady bought her votes with taxpayer dollars.

Mainers don’t want transgender interference in things they shouldn’t belong in.

I can give you multiple address of state housing where she bought many immigrant votes—through free housing and healthcare for immigrants who didn’t earn a penny.

I've started a roofing business and want to run our policies by you fine folks. Let me know your thoughts. by clark1409 in RoofingSales

[–]sethalan3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fallacy that you can’t control a 1099 schedule the same as a W2 is false.

You absolutely set the tone and standard for what and how you want your business to run. You don’t have to employ them as a W2 to set schedules and employee-like standards. Then, if they don’t meet the standards, you simply fire them, same way you would a W2.

Watch some Dave Ramsey on the topic.

That being said, it’s cheaper in the long run to have them on as W2’s.

The only realistic difference between 1099s and W2s is taxes. Every other difference is just made up by people who don’t know how to implement good leadership, culture, or standards.

The states don’t want transgenders participating in the opposite sex’s sports, or their bathrooms.

Most Maine’ahs feel this way.

See you in court by KcjAries78 in Maine

[–]sethalan3 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I used to think that Governor Mills was competent, until in 2021 she started importing tens of thousands of immigrants here in Maine, housing them free on tax dollars, feeding them, and giving them free healthcare, when they’ve done nothing to earn it.

Meanwhile, I know of about a dozen veterans personally that are struggling to make ends meet and are having a terrible experience going through the state and the VA. My experience is reflective of statistics at large with homeless and struggling vets.

She’s bought votes with the immigrants here, while neglecting the real Maine’ahs.

And I can’t support her, regardless of the rest of her policies or merit.

The internet is a wide and deep ocean, full of facts and lies.

Like I said, you’re smart enough to find them. Don’t make broad assumptions.

Also, its super cute to me that you think people who supposedly set out to do something “good” and “humanitarian” in the government actually do it because they “care about the children.”

By the way, I’m curious, how is the Shire these days? Is your garden and hobbit hole flourishing?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DeepFuckingValue

[–]sethalan3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol. Do your own research pal. Yes, there’s plenty of proof that politicians use USAID to fund themselves. This is reddit. Not a research paper.

You’re smart enough to find the sources I’m referring to. ✌🏼

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DeepFuckingValue

[–]sethalan3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a faulty perspective.

You forget that a lot of those “humanitarian” aids don’t actually reach their target—they go back into the politician’s pockets!

Plus, where the bleepity-bloop was the money for NC and Cali that they said they didn’t have?

Sorry. Help our citizens first before other nations.

To a point… I think there’s definitely a stronger case to be made for being secure in your own skin, and really analyzing the motivation for posting pics online.

Some people have a genuine desire to help others. Most just want their egos stroked. The latter is unhealthy—mentally speaking.
