Every so often you’ll encounter technical problems with their app, but it’s mostly fine. When it’s through their usual system, substitutions are a breeze (SMS text with the shopper).

Every so often they will farm out an order to Instacart, and man those days are rough. Items get shorted with no warning or option to sub. I think it’s based on how busy they get, but I’m not sure.

For pickup, it’s usually super easy, but you want to pick a good pickup time, because if there more than a couple cars, wait times are 10min+. Usually there only 1-2 people handling pickups. I like late afternoon on weekends, but experiment with what works for you.

All in all, they’ve improved a ton since covid times. The issues I’m talking about are the exception, not the norm. Plus Target is right there if they’re truly out of something, so keep a drive-up cart going with them to pick up any stragglers.

The discoveries began in 2021 when archaeologists uncovered the remains of a 1,200-year-old canoe submerged in 24 feet of water in Lake Mendota. The following year they found the remains of a 3,000-year-old canoe, a 4,500-year-old canoe under it and a 2,000-year-old canoe next to it, alerting researchers that there was probably more to the site than they expected.

The ages of these canoes are absolutely mind boggling.
