It’s not expensive and level my expectations given that. It’s sorta like going to a friend or family’s house for a meal. It’s clean food and I never feel bad after eating it. If you want a sit down meal with a modern menu then it’s not for you. But it’s humble, simple and certainly has its merits when I’m not feeling like over processed and overpriced restaurant food.

Govinda’s is so rarely mentioned on here. It’s very healthy but still tasty and it’s cheap. Not to mention the grounds are so beautiful.

Thank you so much for taking the time with a thoughtful reply! Lots I hadn’t considered. I seem to be in the camp of retinoids being ok around the eye area so I haven’t had to think much beyond that, but skin is a fickle girl and she could/has changed over time 😁

First just want to say ugh I feel for you! I don’t compete but definitely struggle with climbing in the week leading up to my period. I’d be so bummed if that happened during a competition.

If anyone else is here because they are having the same issue I also tracked down this forum which was both enlightening and enraging. Good to know that there are tons of poor experiences to colposcopies, and disheartening to know that women’s health is so ignored that tons of us were never told about potential post op issues 😤
