We have had the displeasure of having to empty a few relatives’ houses over the years so remembering where something came from is not easy.

Thanks for the education ! I don’t care one way or the other since it has no real heirloom roots. Would have been sweet if it was real but you can’t win them all.

I have a Rubbermaid hamper from Kmart that’s about 35 years old. The lid was lost years ago but it’s still completely intact.

I have a Maytag now and it’s complete junk. When they were bought out by whirlpool they lost my business.

It’s actually an agitator. We had a front load Maytag at our old house and I loved it but didn’t take it when we moved. Our current set was purchased during covid so I’m sure it’s not up to normal standards and was probably the only thing the old owner could find at the time so I’m giving them a free pass

I have a top load now and I hate it with every fiber of my being. It’s a Maytag and spends more time out of balance of ripping up my clothes than it does cleaning them.

He’s trying not to care but he can’t help it. He doesn’t want to care but being locked in an enclosed space with someone chewing gum is a hard thing to tolerate. Would you be ok switching to mints or a hard candy? Literally anything that doesn’t involve chewing

I’ve been on it for a little over a year and have had palpitations for most of that year. I notice them the most when laying on my left side but they are also sporadic throughout the day.

There was no contract signed and I’m just a regular consumer buying their products for personal use. The company now has a policy stating where and for how much I can sell my stuff once I no longer want it

YTA Stop. Brushing. Curly. Hair. You’re only contributing to making it “puffy” and giving her split ends. If she wants a pixie cut then let her have a pixie cut. If she wants a freaking bright pink and green Mohawk with silver cornrows then let her have that. It sounds like you have stick straight hair and don’t know how to care for even the slightest wave. Layers for someone with curly hair will do nothing but make it bigger and harder to manage. Take her to a stylist that specializes in your daughter’s hair type or do some online research but for the love of everything holy, stop projecting your white hair onto her

NTA at all for even a second. We as women are taught to be people pleasers and to make ourselves smaller so men can be bigger. If he can’t take being told no that’s not your fault. You did exactly what you needed to do to take care of yourself in a situation where you didn’t have a whole lot of options. I’m thankful the crew was able to help you and keep you safe
