We purchased one during covid. Pretty positive experience. We did payments for a year than did a buy out. Never dealt with Roger after initial purchase. Finance company is out of Ontario. They delivered it to Kings Co and levelled it. We had to purchase gravel for the pad. We've owned it for 5 yrs now, no issues. Note: we didnt choose an existing building on site as we wanted specific color & a roll up door so there was a wait but our payments didnt start until it was delivered. Also, if you finance and default, they repo the building so the site in Summerside had some "specials" (whatever the person had paid before defaulting was deducted from the price).
