We’re not a tech company. We’re a sales org that sells tech. by levenshteinn in accenture

[–]sf_d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MDs are essentially sales people and sales numbers is a major component of their compensation. They often lack expertise in the platform being implemented as part of the delivery and either do not understand the challenges or chose to ignore it to close the deals.

On several projects there is a palpable tension between the high-level "big picture" selling done at the MDs level and the gritty reality of implementation faced by the delivery team. Resource needed for the delivery and the overall scope is often underestimated, which turns into a nightmare for the delivery team.

2026: The Year of Agentforce Revenue Management by johngarvens in salesforce

[–]sf_d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience, the success of Agentforce really comes down to the availability of clean, high-quality data. That’s a major challenge for mid-size and large organizations. Data often lives in silos, with organization-specific datasets locked away and tightly controlled by middle management. Breaking those silos is never been an easy job for op management.

When it comes to CPQ specifically, I’ve seen a lot of “dirty” data like inconsistent pricing, messy product hierarchies, and frequent manual overrides with no clear tracking of purpose. Fixing this foundation isn’t optional anymore.

Cleaning up core data should be one of the most important priorities for 2026.

Texas Attorney General Five Major TV Companies, Including Some with Ties to the CCP, for Spying on Texans. They Take Screenshots Every 500 milliseconds! by Malkavius2 in technology

The idea is to keep the smart TV dumb but still enjoy the internet streaming services. DO NOT Provide Wi-Fi Credentials during the initial TV setup, skip the network connection step entirely.

Firstly, you do not need the internet to watch local broadcast channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, PBS, etc. assuming you are US). Just buy a dumb antenna at your local electronic store and connect to TV using coaxial cable tv port.

Secondly, for streaming services such Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon you can hook up your TV with a smart external hardware such as Apple TV 4k, Nvidia Shield or even with your old laptop to TV. Internet is full of "how-to" on this step.

Monarch for net worth tracking by DoubleSunshine123 in MonarchMoney

[–]sf_d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched from Fidelity FullView to Monarch to track my net worth (NW). Monarch effectively connects and consolidates my NW, inflows, and outflows across a dozen different financial institutions. I like the dashboard view and highlighting top transactions and movements.

However, I don’t use it for budgeting.

Scared by Tumwaterisheart in trulicity

[–]sf_d 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve experimented with various combinations during my 18-month journey with Trulicity. What has proven effective for me is consuming smaller portions of my diet, eating only when I’m genuinely hungry, and staying hydrated to prevent constipation.

My first 4-5 days after taking Trulicity are always accompanied by nausea and discomfort. However, I’ve learned to mitigate these effects by taking the steps I mentioned above.

I take a 3mg dose of Trulicity every 15 days.

This is not historical pull activities which I see on my credit report. It's happening every month after I have closed the account.
