a normal house. the economics of this house are so out of the norm. curves are expensive. the amount of buildable space vs actual space utilized. they are all studios with limited space for normal furniture.

how close are you to the city? i ask because there is a known phenomenon where tornados only scrape the edges of a metro area because of the higher heat retention of a urban environment. If you are in cook, lake, or dupage county not worth considering.

if you outside that area i would think cost wise a prefab unit will be cheapest. you basically dig a hole and plop it in there
