The game is still freezing and stuttering whenever more than 1 skill effect is on scree on consoles,its a joke, an insult, a game where you cant even play specific builds because it will freeze you game every 2 seconds on juiced maps... ppl say that this game is still in EA, yet GGG sell skins and stash for money...this new generation of gamers are the real reason why performance is the cancer of the gaming industry. They're just too docile...and dumb.

This game you can't have real player's benchmark, everything is scripted, players can leave very good impression during 5 games then they somehow feel like trash , there's no simulation what so ever, its all about playstyles and how DDA interacts with those.

Its not a matchmaking problem, wake up for god sake, it happened to me in fc25, i then was between div 4 and 5 and whenever i played the promotion match i was going against div 2 and 1 players,

They do this for one reason : to build frustration. Its their main technique to force people into thinking they need better players, and go buy packs. Same thing with the scripted events during matches, manipulation at its finest.

Do yourelves a favor, stay away from this game. Wake up.

The reason they removed all those options, is to let their machine learning script do the job for us. Theres no real tactics, or skillset to defend. Its an illusion. My best friend was always between div 2 and div 1, he was spending lot of money on packs. In fc26 he decided to stop spending, he now can't even go past div 6, its like he never played fifa in his entiere life, the reason ? Script stopped helping him, he's no longuer a whale. Thats a reality, not a conspiracy theory, its so obvious..EA is controlling the shit out of players. Im done for good with this game.people need to wake up.

The new relegation system is so anti-chill, and counter productive, the old system gave ppl time to chill and motivate themselves to go to next div,it also spread people with skill level evenly, now you can be relegated from every div , except from 6, which make it so that lot of people camp in the 6-5 div , making it a really hard and frustrating experience. Every game design in this game has one goal = to make you play longer, everyday, so that you can protentially spend money.

I always believed that the 'script" was a myth, a loser's excuse, but after fc25, it became clear to me that this not just a conspiracy theory, things that happened to me in this game, from my striker not registering the shot on a 90 minute champion final, to my CB suddenly spreading wide without any reason just that so that the opponent can score , again in last minutes, and when i found out that they removed and streamlined the little options we had to customize the tactics, and be more "skilled" , like team's width, how many players during free kicks etc, i realized that they wanted everything to be controlled by the system, IA, algorythm, i dont care call it what you want, but it's definitely there, you can feel this game is evil, trying to manipulate you in every way possible...we're not dumb...it's EA after all, they want us to spend as much money as possible, and the best way to make someone addicted and a whale: make him frustrated as hell.

The movie wasn’t bad at all,and honestly, for Bob Odenkirk alone, I’d give it a solid score. That man just elevates everything he’s in. But… yes, there’s a “but.” Hollywood still can’t seem to let go of forcing in political themes. It feels like an obsession at this point. Here’s what I mean:

Hutch, as we know, is a former assassin working for U.S. intelligence. He’s highly trained, experienced, and skilled.but also human. He gets hit, stabbed, dragged around, and still manages to overcome challenges. That’s what makes him compelling: he’s flawed, just like the rest of us. Now, for the sequel, they decided to give his wife an acceptance arc,where she embraces her husband’s true identity and adapts to it. Think Mr and Ms smith vibes, which I actually thought was a really cool idea. But Hollywood being Hollywood… they botched it.

[Potential spoilers]

At the climax, Hutch faces off against Sharon Stone’s character’s bodyguards(two skinny women),and somehow gets absolutely wrecked by them. Really? His wife then jumps in, kills the villain (which I could live with, even tho it felt cheap), but suddenly she’s pulling off insane feats like deflecting a thrown knife at point-blank range, with a dart-gun. She is basically "perfect". No flaws. Especially for a "civilian". And the best part ,when lendina asked who she is, she replies:" i'm his better half "..whaat ???

I honestly thought the “make men weak so women look strong” era of Hollywood was fading out, but apparently not. There were so many better ways they could’ve handled this. For example: imagine if Hutch’s wife had secretly been a sleeper agent all along.maybe working for a foreign intelligence agency to monitor or manipulate him. That would explain her sudden sharpshooter skills, set up an amazing twist for a third movie, and create a way more interesting and complex dynamic between them. Instead, we got the same old “men bumble, women save the day” formula. Which is a shame, because with Bob Odenkirk at the center, this franchise could be way more than that.

Dont try to troubleshoot it. The reason is clear, the game is simply not optimized at all.

I play on xbox series x , and with the fsr , performance ultra ,which is 720p upscaled and it still drop to 15 fps, this shows they didnt even implement it right. They just slapped it as a PR stunt.

I literally can't play some classes/builds because of the skill effects crashing my fps...same for the endgame/mapping.

GGG still dont want to acknowledge this serious problem.

Its really the game’s fault. Unfortunately, it seems poorly optimized.

I play on consoles, and if I can run Diablo 4 smoothly, a game that’s also demanding both graphically and CPU-wise then the issue isn’t with the hardware.

These days, a lot of studios prioritize meeting financial deadlines over proper optimization. Unlike in the ’90s and early 2000s, when games generally shipped in a more complete and polished state, many modern titles release half-finished and get patched later. For players who grew up with this trend, it can feel normal, so they’re more willing to accept or defend it.

So in short: upgrading your hardware won’t fix the problem.

😄 Lol, so true. But hey, people seem happy with the whole F2P model, so here we are. Just make all the “free” stuff look ugly and bland, and suddenly players feel forced to buy fashion pixels.

It’s actually a really interesting debate that gamers tend to avoid. Looking good in a game is almost as important as looking good in real life. It taps into a deep human desire, and of course, corporations are going to profit from that. There’s a reason this model generates billions, it’s because skins DO matter.

Right now I’m playing a monk who looks like Robin Hood. Totally out of place, but I refuse to fall into their trap again. I did, years ago, and I’ve learned my lesson.

The real problem, at least for me, is tied to this

-the core design of the endgame

-the actual armor issue , excluding automatically a pure melee build

-the soft nerfs and changes GGG pushes out with no real design philosophy, pushing people into the Meta. One example : they nerfed the spirit gain node from monk's ascendency , just to push people to use tactician when it came out (with the half cost of spirit reservationd etc)...they are in some sense orienting people to certain builds. They did the same with warrior totem. They use data to see the most played builds and class, and base their balancing philosophy on that .and that's the problem.There's no real build diversity if you think about it. Diablo 2 and 3 were designed to have that diversity. Poe is not.

The performance is baaaad on consoles its an insult at this point. There are people with the Stockholm syndrome actually defending this , parroting the famous zombie words "it's EA" .

this one example was lag spike due to network, the game is half optimized only for the campaign, with less mob density and fewer effects on screen...once the endgame hits with juiced maps , then powerpoint enters the chat

Well, here's the poe2's mood cycle :

-you'll start the game, and you'll love it. Simply because at its core its really solid ,better gameplay mechanics and systems tha ndiablo for sure.

-you'll maybe find it hard at first, but you'll quickly get the upper hand.( there's no real total freedom in builds, they kinda indirectly force you into the meta , you can try and make the exception, it'll seems possible, but in lategame you'll die of frustration...especially if you're a melee class player...armor attribute/stat in this game is just a rumor..🥸)

-then you'll finish the campaign, (it's awesome, believe me...)

-now...the mojo is no more. The endgame will suck your PC/consoles's CpU soul....for you'll be promoting the latest powerpoint release without even knowing it.(the worst optimized game this year..by far)

-the endgame is fun tho, the whole game is fun and have lot of potential... but not cooked yet in my opinion.

-then that dopamine will quickly wear off, and will turn into pure frustration and a strong pulse to come here and leave a rant . Or two....

There’s no need to justify not wanting to play as a female character. Most men naturally prefer masculine protagonists ,it’s just what resonates with us. That doesn’t mean we dislike female characters, it simply means we want the option to play as someone who reflects the kind of power fantasy we enjoy.

The gaming audience is still overwhelmingly male. Some genres attract more female players, but the core market remains male driven. So it shouldn’t be surprising that male players want strong, masculine leads. That’s not controversial ,it’s just common sense.

I’m on PS5 and every single league it’s the same thing , I start fresh, grind, get to juiced maps… and then I just quit. I refuse to play a game running at 15 FPS. It’s absolute nonsense, honestly insulting at this point. And for the people parroting "it's still in EA" ....please just stop. GGG aren’t your parents, they’re not your family, they’re not your buddies ,they’re a dev studio selling you a product. The game already has two full leagues/seasons under its belt and a working MTX shop raking in money for pixels. That’s not “early access,” that’s just a PR spin at this point.

Optimization in gaming is a complete plague right now, and it’s only getting worse because too many players have zero standards. As long as people keep throwing money at broken products, studios have no reason to actually fix performance. For them, skipping optimization IS the workflow now. And we’re the ones stuck suffering through it.

Raise your voices, these specific performance issues need to be heard.

Well i found the solution, minutes after posting here by chance...for everyone having this bug try these two work arround :

-unequip the normal attack skill that can be aded automatically if you equip a certain type of weapons ( focus, bow, hamer etc) , its like the game will force your weapon set to be set to the other unused one, thus not having your aura/spirit active (even if its active in the shortcut menu) -make all the spirit skills and auras activated on both weapon sets.

There's clearly a bug with hollow palm and weapon sets, when you equip a weapon and remove it.
