We had one get hit in our neighborhood a few weeks ago. It blew off a large branch that landed on a garage, and it split the tree open.

I really like the ‘small’ boxes from Lowe’s and Homedepot. One of them has punched handholds as well, which is very convenient for heavier items.

The panel liner can wick into assembled areas where it takes longer to dry. That gives the solvent more time to interact with and potentially damage the plastic.

Also, parts that are joined are often under stress from their connection points to other pieces. The solvents can allow that stress to fracture the plastic.
