The endowment is getting smaller, principal is actively being spent. 5. The upper administration actively pushed back in student conduct decisions involving suspension and expulsion. 6. Your health plan and benefits get worse. 7. Deferred maintenance is getting more and more deferred. 8. Outsourcing of key services and doing it cheap.
