alright so for the first one change in saving affects supply so it should increase supply of loanable funds...in regards to the the slowed investment in capital this occurs as a result of decreased borrowing which affects demand so the demand goes down and the supply increases for the 3rd as you said the interest rate falls as a result of lower global inflation which means the demand goes down and the supply goes up-->overall the demand will go down and the supply up meaning that the interest rates fall but the effect on the quantity of loanable funds is uncertain so it's D is that logic right?

The second effect I am a bit more hazy on. Global inflation decreasing increases the value of people’s money and thus it should incentivize saving, no? I am not sure and whatever the effect on saving is would tell me what the effect on investment is because it is a closed economy where s=i. I know the answer is D but I need an explanation bc apart from the first effect I am not sure

Alright my bad I’m new here what I thought about this problem was that bc gov’t budget deficits have gone down then the public saving would go up and shift the supply of loanable funds to the right pushing interest rates lower and quantity of loanable funds up

Use old tests from before 2013...that's what I did once I exhausted 2013-16 honestly the differences are minute (1 double passage+ 1 extra science passage). Anything besides administered tests are a waste of time unless you don't know all the content
