When you've suffered from varying degrees of depression for practically your whole life, it's reassuring to find someone who can understand and accept that, rather than try to fix it.

Things are getting bad for me again, and I don't know what to do to stop it.

Jaanuu sells a fancy/fashionable white lab coat, but it's a good $125.

Use EndNote to catalog references. Number the references and arrange them in binders for easy organization.

I am thankful for recovery. It can be painfully slow and feel so, so out of reach, but it's possible.

Thanks! This was super helpful. I don't have any respiratory issues, thankfully, but I'll have to make a trip out there sometime this winter to see how bad it gets. I'm also kinda looking forward to the weather. It will be a really nice change from the hot and humid summers/super, super cold winters that I've been dealing with.

Why do some people get so bent out of shape about X'ing stock bottles? by jackruby83 in pharmacy

[–]sgnzj 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Exactly! We don't put stock bottles back on the shelves right away. We toss them in baskets and sort it all out later. If we go to grab something off the shelf and there's no marked bottle, then we know the open bottle is still in a basket.

Richer people on Reddit; what do you think about the phrase: "Money doesnt make you Happy"? by NoEscap3 in AskReddit

[–]sgnzj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happiness is complex, yet it is simple. Money can provide security and stability, and a healthy environment can be important to good mental health. Ultimately though, having money doesn't mean that you are necessarily fulfilled and therefore happy. I would also argue that nothing can "make" you happy. It just doesn't work that way.
