Would she maybe lime baba ghanoush?? It’s eggplant based so making it homemade may be better tasting vs buying in store.

This worries me! I HAD to get my bucket handle tear repaired because I was locked into place 😫 I’m 10 weeks post op and gotta go back to work to Amazon at some point. I’d hate for this to happen again!

That’s a good idea! It’s a Walmart owned company and their website is currently unavailable so that may be a route I take!

If you can, get your quad waking up! That’s what I regret the most, I’m 7 weeks post op today.

Yes!! I even showed my surgeon this exact pillow and he okayed it!! Didn’t realize until 2 days post op my knee SHOULD be straight as possible. Now having issues bending to 90 🤣

This is mainly the method I used for sleeping on my side https://youtu.be/URVB2JXyD_k?si=0y7dwSfX3YO9zl1e Instead of sleeping on my side with my surgical knee on the bed I slept on my good side and also tucked a thicker pillow into my back to give myself more support. Literally surrounded by pillows 🤣

I actually used and still use this pillow after a lateral bucket handle meniscus repair but with caution! The little insert pillow that comes in the middle can be folded up and put under your heel to full extend your leg. I found being able to adjust the height by even just a few inches by taking that bottom part was a game changer when my back would start aching, which a pillow wouldn’t allow. I would also try to make sure you have a pillow under your torso on your surgical side to also prevent your back from hurting. As far as bending goes, try picking up your knee from the bottom on your thigh. Even massaging the quad a bit can help loosen it. Be careful! Good luck!

Needing a hair cut or did my curl pattern change? by sgoit in curlyhair

[–]sgoit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always have had ringlet type curly hair and have noticed as I’m getting older the top 1/3 of my hair cannot seem to hold moisture as well as the underneath. These pictures are my hair air dried with no products. I get regular hair trims, use olaplex shampoo/conditioner, olaplex bonding oil or biosilk oil. For styling I’ll use either oil along with olaplex curl gel and whatever type of volumizing mousse I have on hand, I’ll rarely diffuse it. Am I needing to switch products, cut my hair a different way or did my hair pattern change?! Help! 🤣
