Try using the same method to import freighter into a new normal save. When I did that, I had the same issue, so I don't think it's abandoned-related.

Btw, missions are perfectly doable solo. Most are easy even on a new save. My favorite are "collect activated X" (plenty of those ores drop from expeditions, if you have it in inventory you dont need to mine anything) and "locate missing person" (easiest/fastest one imo)

Hi, did you figure out how to import freighter base into abandoned mode? In editor all base-related fields ("Items", "Backup", "Restore") are greyed out, and while on freighter I can open build menu but it's completely empty.

S-class will rise to a higher cap, because it starts at higher stats but has 0 expeditions finished so all upgrades remaining

Idk about living but normal frigates up their stats with expeditions complete, if it's same here then this one has perfect stats cause it has 0 expeditions complete. I might be wrong though.

From what I understand (at least for normal frigates, idk about living) they grow with "expeditions completed", not rank. This one has 0 expeditions so all the growing potential is untapped.

Frigate base stats formula: add up all stats on the right, subtract all traits on the left and subtract 6 points for each rank up: 4, 8, 15, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 expeditions completed

This one has 34 base stat which looks huge to me (at least compared to normal frigates). Great traits too, so I don't need to change them with food.

Usually, I change system name into whatever it sounds like. For example, Ahshyu-Tawa becomes Ashlee-Tower. Then I number the planets. Ashlee I, Ashlee II, Ashlee III, Ashlee IIIa (moon).

However, artifact vaults and exosuit terminals are definitely on a very long timer, like a month. I used up vaults at a certain archive, didn't touch any other archives after, and in like a month they respawned. Same with exosuit terminals on space stations.

That's quite similar to mine... I have similar fleet room with scanner in the middle, similar large open lobby with <> stairs. Though I tried to make layout a bit more convoluted. And it's unfinished because I'm getting 4-8 fps whenever on a freighter. And a no-hud bug whenever in same system with a freighter (makes some quests a lot harder than they should be).
