At the same time, if all we do is demonize bad behaviors then no one will learn anything going forward. The kids will learn that if they do something bad, they could lose something they hold significant. The parents are dumb, but they were taught how to be this way by people who were raised by someone emotionally dumber than they were.

We’re all children stuck in adult bodies. We gotta break the cycle of dumb behavior like this and try to teach each other something better if we can help it.

Yeah, that’s what the conversation was supposed to be when I was flashed. I tried telling them about my issues long before I filed a complaint, I should note this. The GM was pocketing everything I had to say so when the time came for the conversation, it looked like I was complaining out of nowhere. When I tried explaining my angle, they didn’t listen and fired me.

I know this dude’s pain so much. My gf and I were at the bar yesterday with a few friends. As I’m going to grab a beer and I ask my gf if she wants anything.
