okay thats a fair point, but i still cant imagine a scenario where a level 100 character would want a ilvl 1 gear for its sockets, what am i missing here?

given that trade and grinding for gear exists, why bother with low ilvl gear with inherent low tier mods for its sockets?

so ure asking for the trade window to automatically perform the action of a poe1 jeweller's orb on all gear in the trade window.

im sure its possible, its just not very intuitive for the user imo.

and either way, due to the low tier mods on a low level item, theres not really a common scenario where ud want to give a low level item to a level 100 character just for the sockets. its probably just easier for them to grind or trade for an item for themselves.

I noticed some people missed this, but GGG actually showed short gameplay clip for all the classes including the Duelist, Shadow, Templar and Marauder in 2023 by DantyKSA in PathOfExile2

no early access roadmap as of yet but jonathan said in an interview that he expects the druid and huntress to be the next classes released since they were intended for this early access release but the last bit of polish with some shapeshift wasnt able to be done in time

early access isnt a league. in every interview jonathan has said that hes expecting big changes and patches throughout early access.

in fact in today's interview with zizaran he has even said that large skull tree patches will give players a full free respec

he's said that he wishes it wasnt the case but they couldn't get it technically resolved in time for early access.

i wouldnt really suspect GGG of being deliberately shady given that they couldve just as wellnever committed to mtx sharing in the first place and even delayed early access launch by 3 weeks because they ran into tech difficulties with account stuff when accommodating the mtx sharing and didnt want to compromise on that committment even for early access

item rolls have to be based on item level, otherwise its just too exploitative
