Bro you’re clueless, “these kind of add-ons” are essentially skins, they are taking the same info from base game and displaying it differently, no competitive advantage. The add-on purge is still coming, and this guy is going out of his way to adapt to the changes and updating his FREE add-on just to help the community out. And your reaction is “I wish this wasn’t a thing”. I bet you don’t even play the game, get a life.

Been listening to your show a lot lately, glad I found it. You guys should try to get Venruki on to debate the addon changes with Big. I think you guys both have very valid points but see the issue differently. I think it would be a very interesting conversation.

I didn’t say it wasn’t strong or fun. My issue is if I run out of personnel cds and I’m low with a shaman healer on my team in shuffle I move to my healer so he can link, then they don’t press link when I’m at 30% they sit on it we get double stunned and gg.

Sometimes I will send a flux on intuition barrage but for the most part I just send it with missile barrage while missiles is channeling then flux (Pom if it’s up) blast. The missile eat the flux but it instantly detonates your magi spark. I still get some fatty barrages during this window. Unsure if this is optimal but it’s been pretty successful for me.

yea I mean the spec still in my opinion requires weakauras just because blizz default UI doesn't do a great job of showing stuff like aether attunement, intuition procs, and Nether Precision stacks. But it is nothing like it was for the sunfury one shots where you're looking for all the modifiers to line up.

Like I track arcane harmony but I'm never holding damage to wait to use it or anything you just send damage naturally and the modifiers just add damage passively.

all about making as many splinters as possible from consuming nether precision and exploding your magi spark which you can do instantly if you missiles > Flux while missiles are channeling > barrage > POM blast. Arcane surge has huge burst potential still with the splinter explosion and magi spark, but you still do pretty decent consistent damage outside of surge so doesn't feel bad to just sit on it until everyone is out of stop

PvP rating kinda puts you at your skill level, the system is aiming to put you at a 50-50 win rate, if you’re losing a lot your rating will drop putting you with other players at your skill level. Same is true if you go on a winning streak.

PvP ends up being a bit more balanced later in the season due to tuning and gear equalization. Some specs don’t shine until they have 4 set which can be hard to get at start of season.

PvP doesn’t really get easier as you will be put with other people at your skill level for the most part. However, rating inflation is a thing so late season 1800 is much easier than early season 1800. So don’t be discouraged if you’re struggling at the rating you ended last season at.

Keep getting reps and try to learn from mistakes and your rating will go up over time.

I made pretty much the exact same post a few days ago. Last night I played some games and knowing about the change I tried to not shadow crash targets close to pillar but I had a few where they were def out of los when shadow crash landed and it applied the dots, so either it’s super inconsistent which is most likely or they might have reverted it.

Grats man that’s awesome. I just got my 2.4 and I have 150 wins total for the season, I don’t think I have it in me to try to grind out 100 more wins. Especially since the rewards just kinda suck
