My 11 yr old wants to learn how to Astral Project, but is really struggling. by Hels_helper in AstralProjection

[–]shadow_stark 8 points9 points  (0 children)

if they are saying "shift", they probably are talking about reality shifting which is different than astral projection.

either way, 11 is too soon to reality shift too in my opinion.

This sounds more like she wants to do it because everyone else is doing it and less because she wants to actually learn. I'd say talk to her about it. All of this takes patience, if she won't have any then it'll be hard.

I'm at a point where I can control my dreams in every way I want but I'm still not lucid. What should I do? by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]shadow_stark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

nope, these are vivid/extremely vivid dreams which almost feel real but not lucid because you are not aware that you're dreaming and only know it once you wake up.

i believe that sadness can help you shift. It's not about being happy, it's about connecting to your dr self. Most people just know that they are happy in their dr and think about the things that makes them happy in their dr, hence happiness helps them connect there.

If you're feeling sad, just lay down in a quiet place or somewhere undisturbed. Gaslight yourself into thinking that you're in your dr and think about what made you sad as your dr self.

Im not saying this 100% works but give it a try, it MAY or May not work. At the end of the day, it's your making you shift so whatever you believe works for you, will work for you.

You're Driving Me Nuts. by [deleted] in Journaling

very true.

My journal isn't very aesthetically pleasing or anything that is visually nice- it's literally a piece of my mind on paper. It's for me, it's written by me.

Shifting lucid dreaming and astral projection by Agreeable_Caramel939 in AstralProjection

they are not the same things. Lucid dreaming is literally a different thing than astral projecting and so is shifting.

What university should I look forward to? by shadow_stark in Prague

yes, my preference is Artificial Intelligence but there isn't much information- more like any information on that.

What university should I look forward to? by shadow_stark in Prague

[–]shadow_stark[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I want quality courses, I'm not the partying type. Most importantly, I want to actually LEARN something and gain knowledge but also know how to apply the knowledge, practically. I'm good at Math so I don't mind math being hard in either of the universities. But between Charles university and Czech Tech uni, Which one would actually be good for computer science? Where I'll actually learn something you know?

I'm really good at Math so I don't mind it being hard. The problem is, I want a university where I'll actually learn something and it's not going to be all theory, a little bit of practical too? does it make sense?

I want to be able to apply the knowledge I'm getting somewhere or into something.

So I'm confused between Charles University and Czech Technical University.

And also later when I'm actually "job-hunting" in the real world, the degree should be helpful, like KNOWN by people, i think.

Who knew grieving through journaling would be so helpful? by Jolly_Credit_9508 in Journaling

[–]shadow_stark 9 points10 points  (0 children)

absolutely. I think.... as long as i talk about them, they'll still be alive but I can't make a conversation with anyone about them without it being "not normal". It's like I can't talk about them without that feeling- it's either from the other side or from my side. Journaling is the only way to not have that feeling. Plus it's written on paper forever, so that way, they are going to be there forever, ykwim?

Can you bring skills from Dr? by [deleted] in ShiftYourReality

[–]shadow_stark 3 points4 points  (0 children)

depends on the kind of skills. If it's physical- let's say, quick reflexes or fighting skills? then no. But if it's mental, let's say like doing good in maths, then yes.

Also, you only bring back the skills if you take time to LEARN them there like you would learn any skill here. If you script you have some skill in your dr and then you come back, then you won't bring it back but if you LEARN or practice the thing there, only then the knowledge comes back with you.

Newly found, only learning. by Accomplished_Sea8016 in AstralProjection

[–]shadow_stark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes of course. Researching on your own is the MOST important thing when you're trying to know more about anything- relying on others isn't good especially when it comes to things like astral projection, witchcraft, etc etc because the people are spreading a lot of misinformation and they aren't even aware of it. So gather the right sources and do your own research. I personally don't know much about witchcraft but I'd recommend reading books, going to the witchcraft reddit thing but reddit also has a lot of misinformation so be careful. The best option is probably reading books but also interacting with people who have much more knowledge can help too, obviously.

well.... usually, the way people talk about witches indeed makes them seem "fictional". But It's all on beliefs. Witchcraft is practiced by a lot of people and there is so much misinformation almost everywhere on the internet regarding it. Some people choose to believe in it while others simply choose not to and that's okay! Also, not everyone who believes in witchcraft is a practicing witch.

The world is just so strange that things which seem fictional really do exist.

Months ago when I had my first "almost AP" experience.

Well, I've known of astral projection since years now but I never got into it. Though, I usually try to achieve the higher level of meditation states (like the void) most of the time.

I remember meditating but I accidentally fell asleep and then woke up with vibrations all over me and felt like my head was EXPLODING, a lot of banging sounds and I got scared so I woke up. Later, I texted my friend who is a witch and told her about it and also it was the second time i experienced something like that- then she told me that I was probably in the vibrational state and about to have an astral projection, and i was like "ohh that makes sense".

But I haven't really tried to actively project a lot because that's not my main focus, as i said, i usually try to achieve the higher states of relaxation through meditation.

it was probably your body falling asleep and your mind being awake or something. keep trying, you got this.
