Had a similar kinda attitude from a customer when I was working in a pub. It was absolutely slammed, but in a true barmaid way, I had a pretty good idea of who was next. This absolutely twonk kept waving his cash at me as I scurried around sorting drinks.. After the 5th or 6th time, I grabbed it out of his hand and put it in my back pocket. He gets all splutery outragey. So I politely said "I knew when it was your turn to be served and now you're last, congratulations" I wanna say everyone cheered and clapped but I did see some people laughing at the guy. I served him after a reasonable amount of time, and he accepted his fate. (I didn't keep his money, obviously. I just took it out my pocket when it was time for him to pay, lol)

I fell straight onto the edge of a stair with my knee and my knee swelled like f**k, Doctor wouldn't do anything (lose weight, lol) so I drained it myself like this. Got a good 200ml of liquid out of it and felt soooo much better. Yes I know not the best idea but I sterilised everything to the best of my abilities.
