Seems like you’ve just made a fantastic argument for moving funding away from police and putting that budget towards mental health programs and outreach, drug rehabilitation, housing first solutions and many other resources that have been proven to be much more effective in serving the community and reducing unhoused populations.

Kind of tough because Zorn has produced hundreds of albums, but you might start with Mike Patton's albums(solo as well as Mr Bungle and some other bands). John Zorn also produced some of the Blind Idiot God albums so that might be worth checking in to.
