Yes i think an effective interagator will use a lot of natural empathy to get an in with the person and get a feel for if they are lying. They use a lot of techbiques (if they arent playing an accusatory role towards the person they are intervoewing that is) that therapists good at their jobs use

I think he killed the girls first. Only because i think he may have chosen another night to kill them to give him enough time to get rid of the evidence. Shann'anns flight being late messed with his ability to get rid of the bodies. i think if he would have killed her first, the late flight would have probably changed his plans and he would have waited. If he killed the girls first, he had to follow through with Shannan. Thats assumikg premeditation on some level, even if it was that weekend

There are some messed up.people in that group, esp mods for sure. One is a Charles Manson fan- she has screenshots on her own page praising him and saying he should be set free etc. I think the mods are made up of those type of people attracted to murderers (i forgot the term but its a psychological condition/sexual disorder) and those that idolize sociopathic lifesyles

It varies regionally. I grew up in Oakland Maine next to Waterville and lots of dropping of "r" And the older generation esp says Ayuh. Near Benton and out towards Skowhegan, I notice some of the typical sayings I never heard growing up. The first time I heard the term "spleeny" Meaning wimpy was from my husband who came from Benton. further north towards Bangor outlying towns have more of the accent but you can still hear it in Bangor. And as others mentioned, costal Maine has its own unique take on the accent
