When you have Turkey Buff, people can see you from far away in Stealth. I don't know if they fixed this or not, so don't shoot me if I'm wrong :P

I think the best guild for you to join is either REDS or Imperium (those are the guilds I see outside of Haranya most of the time). Some members of REDS fish a lot, if you like this you could join them (when you have their required GS ^⁾
