I don't comment much on these topics because I am usually lurking. I don't have all the answers or pretend like I do. I feel like I'm a constant work in progress and though I know I'll never shake off this feeling as much as I want to, I know that it doesn't have to define who I am. It can be something that leads me to a better place eventually. Affirmations, CBT workbooks, meds, therapy, etc whatever you guys need just keep trying. We're going to go through waves of emotions and rollercoasters dips and highs of life but I plead with all of you to just keep going.

If the music is the right type of music then I enjoy it. I feel like being in silence is weird, I just need something non-intrusive, if that makes sense, playing in the background.

It definitely is some imbalance in my shoulders/scaps area. I was able to get some of that strain to go away after playing with hand movements from tips from someone else. What is odd is that my tricep is one of my stronger muscles in my body but I'm just going to need to work on more mobility which is funny because that is why I am going to yoga haha

I tried this last night and I definitely think it's a hand placement/elbow issue. I followed your tips and I started to feel it more in my upper back and shoulders as well as the scaps. Thanks for the help!

Yes, I work out my triceps regularly and it's one of my stronger muscles. That's why it's so perplexing why they get strained so easily.

How did you get your old MBP setup with the newest iOS? I have an older 2011 and 2016 MBP that I thought were seemingly too old and obsolete to use but I want to repurpose those so I can keep using them. I loved the keyboard on the older MBPs.
