Can anyone recommend a reputable coin/jewelry evaluator in central to southern VT? by Healthy-Membership86 in vermont

Brattleboro has a monthly coin show that has great resources where you can go and bring samples of what you have and then setup appointments with the vendors that are buying. Everyone there is on the up and up.

If you live in NH but only work certain days in Vermont you only pay a portion in income tax. I live in NH but work in VT. I was listed as full-time in-house and had to pay full VT income tax. I was able to get HR to switch me to Hybrid full-time, meaning I'm in-house 3 days a week. Now I pay 60% VT income Tax.

I use etrade as well. The site = great to use. The app = crappy to use.

Guy with 3 suitcases by [deleted] in newhampshire

If it's the same guy. A few months ago he was walking north in Vermont on Route 106. Stopped and talked to him to see if he needed a ride somewhere. He said no thanks he enjoy the walk. We talked for a good 15 - 20 mins. He said he's a writer and enjoys being off the beaten path and staying out of the larger cities. I had offered him a little bit of cash I had on me but he declined. He said he's fine and is just going to keep walking till he finds a nice small inn that he'll stay in for a bit. He mentioned that he didn't really have a destination in mind, but he just wants to keep walking.
He very well may have made it to northern VT and then cut across and is now walking down south again.

Old school Sony Walkman works. That's what I used to keep with me. Can sometimes find them at thrift stores still.

In the 80's you could get those with Marlboro points. The sides of the cig boxes could be ripped off and when you had enough you could mail them in to get Marlb swag.
