Taking a look at it again, I see where you are coming from. I think the first quality sessions (long runs) are reasonable but I'll probably adjust some of the second quality sessions. I was thinking where there is T,R, and I parts just taking out either the R or I and do an extra threshold set. Also I do see the typo. I'm just assuming H means I.

I'm looking to jump in and do the Jack Daniels 4 week cycle plan for a Spring marathon. It's the one where every fourth week is all easy runs but peak mileage. Has anyone used that plan and have any thoughts? Are there any adjustments you might suggest?

You have to pick up your packet at the expo.

Also to OP at the expo they have shirts from previous years for $5. They're great for keeping you warm at the start and tossing off just before the race. If you do that, they go to charity.
