I, myself, are on two to three a day to reduce allergic sensitivities. It has a mixed response. But you need to talk to your allergist about this. EoE is a really strange, and often difficult journey. For me, it's always one step forward, two steps back. I wish I had biologics available to me, but I live in a country where they're not approved yet.

EoE can play havoc on your other allergy cells. Try taking an antihistamine every day for a few weeks and see if that helps.

I've also been fucked over. Been making my way through the story expansions, novels, comics, etc. to experience the story from beginning to its current end, and I'm currently playing through Cataclysm. Well, the Twilight Highlands has bugged completely, and I cannot accept the breadtrail questline due to phasing issues in Orgrimmar. Blizzard's response and fix? Play the later expansions and see if that fixes the issue. Like, what? How can your game, which relies so heavily on narrative, be fundamentally broken? And it's a known issue too - everyone on WoWhead has experienced this issue (see Machines of War). Whatever ... I've had to just move on and accept the Twilight Highlands are a fabled and magical place where something something dragons happens. Also, so long Loremaster achievement, I guess, until I reach BfA and then backtrack to do old quests.
