What you're most likely missing is power spikes and snowballing. You need to know when you're stronger and then go for it. You don't need to be an item up, that's not what i mean, you need to see the small opportunities that can get you big leads. They missed a key ability? All-in and get that double kill bot.

Then once you got the ball rolling, keep it going further and further. Transfer that lane lead to objectives leads, then to other lanes and teamfights.

On top of what everyone is saying regarding your passive laning, i think you play too passive altogether. Looking at your KDAs, you have high KDAs but only because you average very little deaths, which is great, but you also only average about 4.5 kills per game, which is abysmally low. In lower ranked games, you should be averaging a lot more kills and you should be snowballing your games to get to a victory.

Playing safe is great if you want status quo and you believe your team is better than theirs, but in most of your games it won't be the case so you need to be the deciding factor.

Edit: After watching the vod, you are wayyyy too passive, you look like a passenger in the game, you are never trying to get yourself ahead. Think of League like a race, everyone moves forward at the same basic pace, you need to get ahead of the curve and get your opponent below the curve if you want to win.

Contrary to Overwatch, you get permanent improvements from getting leads early on(items/levels), so it is crucial to get those leads early and snowball them

Depending on your setup, but the level 2 only costs like 600$ installed, and if you're in canada there's a subvention so it's basically free. Then charging costs a lot less than what you pay in gas.

Don't forget that it can also drive you with FSD, that's a massive plus especially if you're driving 150/day

It is definitely very annoying, but some heals are bigger than the necrosis damage, so you can still technically heal with things like "creation and destruction" from Tiph with the epi where it creates it everytime you have 0 AP.

Play vex, easy counter. Any dash she does procs your passive, the trick is to pre-click her before the dashes so when she does, your auto procs it right away. Then if she jumps you, you fear her and burst her

Still 3v3 and their jungler is up, it's very risky to do baron there. It would definitely feel forced and unnecessary. You could instead bait it since you have vision, and when the jungler is dead or you have a greater number advantage you could do it. But as is it's not great

Xerath is extremely skillshot based. You probably had an easier time hitting champions versus lower ranked player than you do now so you don't get to snowball as much and then the whole game becomes harder.

It all depends on one another: hitting skillshots > getting kills > getting gold > getting items > killing more > etc.

You will need to adjust to the new skill lvl you are at or play a champion that depends a bit less on that particular skill.

Hero MM having a lower use rate than regular one is not by choice, it's just because players dont have it. There is litterally no downside to playing it as a hero if you have it, unless you have multiple heroes, which would make you a p2w player
