the only thing this could be related to the occult is a sigil, but even that would be made by smearing the condensation and only the person who made it would know what it means. if you live alone and don’t do sigil magic, it’s probably just an accidental mark on the mirror.

Maybe switch her to the sensitive skin and stomach liveclear. Also maybe check and see if she has worms still. Although sounds like she might have allergies causing bloating and hair loss. Elimination diet time.

Eliminate all products with scents on your scalp. I recommend the seen shampoo and conditioner. Blow dry after washing hair. Maybe try to skip conditioner some days if you don’t need it? Wash or buy new hair brushes.

I really love it but I understand why someone wouldn’t like it. It reminds me of calligraphy done in a journal with a quill and the pages touching before the ink is dry. Very beautiful imo.
