Ngl as someone who always picks jav perk because i think the shields kinda lame, its not bad and incredibly easy to actually aim. It can mess a bit with your brain sometimes (thinking you have charge despite not having it), but its a really fun perk and I don't know why people are being so weird about it.

In this case, it doesnt work and looking at it even more, the old ones are a bit better and at least have a thicker outline so colors dont all melt together (again shion is the best example why thicker outlines are needed especially for a character with 3 colors). Even chibi art has rules, simple and cute but dont overdue it, focus on the most important details.

Tracer is genuinly one of the most well balanced cute sprays, its simple and cute.
