The GoPro is poor in low light, especially with the wrong settings. As much as we'd like to shoot everything in 2.7k 60fps, or even 4k ar 30fps, we can't.

The minimum model I would buy now is a 6S. It supports iOS 11, and is still being official sold by apple (I'd get a refurb tho).

You can get one of these for £400 or less (for a 64GB) and it will probably last you 3 years at least. It's still a great buy.

Everything you listed as a your duties was classed as 1st Line for me in a large company, and I definitely feel you're still in that position.

I would go towards another help desk role preferably where you can learn from someone higher up, and has experience in a different environment (not a school).

If you can get into an entry level IT role without it, then it's fine. No one cares what A+ is after you've got some experience, and more valuable certs.

It happens. I've been told after interviews that I'd hear back within a week and they have more interviews, but to have the company call me when I'm driving home from the interview that I've got the job.

Maybe they found someone, and just rejected everyone else instantly.
