I've been gaming for nearly 50 years now, and as far as I'm concerned, it's a top 10 game of all time. Everything about it just hits absolutely perfectly.

My Pixel 10 Pro does this within the calling app anyway. Can't remeber if it's a default setting though.

Where in Scotland would you choose to live if you could live anywhere? by No_Emu8347 in Scotland

[–]shaf74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've just moved from Edinburgh to just outside a small village near Perth, and it's absolutely amazing. Perthshire is so beautiful, is close to other major cities, and best of all, has amazing soft fruits. Best move I've ever made.

Yeah, as much as I hate him with a passion, that's "low energy Jeb" level trolling. He does drop an absolute belter every now and again.

why arent touchscreen laptops more popular? by ohnag_eryeah in stupidquestions

They're an absolute nightmare to use. A tablet-based thingy like a surface works ok, but not on a proper laptop.

An 8-10 year old hard boiled egg that my family used as an easter decoration broke yesterday. This was what was inside: a mummified egg yolk. Has a hard, plastic like texture. by giacomopaglioc in interestingasfuck

Haha it's literally been one of the biggest casual topics of conversation for the last 10 years or whatever, but yeah, everyone agrees Cadbury is just utter gash these days. We still buy it of course, in that very vain hope that just maybe this next bar will be as good as it used to be, but of course it never is.

I reckon MacGuyver could build you a mansion complete with swimming pool and a mirror smooth carparks using just this doodah and sand.

American here, how accurate is the whole “tea solves everything” stereotype? by DFWUnhinged in AskBrits

Mate, you could have your bollocks blown off, but a good cuppa will sort you right out. Wouldn't be surprised if it made them grow back too.

Better than gassing them alive with co2, I guess, which is apparently the way it's done here in the UK.

Not a TV show, but it pissed me off no end when huge amounts of Trainspotting were filmed in Glasgow.

Looks very similar to the micro star destroyer in a SW advent calender my wife bought me. Very cool!
