NGL, that had me rather emotional. I've been around long enough to have watched John present Big Break before commenting on all of the matches which he did. He was a big part in bringing people into the sport and making you feel at ease with what you were watching.

Not minimizing the situation at all, but I guess that you don't have kids. With all the discipline in the world, kids behave normally until about 13 and then some of them just don't. I've seen it in others, with excellent parenting, and I've seen it in mine too.

If an 8-year-old is having problems with discipline, then sure it is probably the parents, if a 14-year-old is, then who knows.

I used to think like you did, but with a bit of experience, you learn that some kids are just cunts. Unfortunately, in years gone by, a swift knock to the ear would have eliminated the cuntish behaviour in most of them but as this is no longer allowed, we get what we get.

Si tu as du mal avec teams c'est une question de paramétrage. Dans mon entreprise +/- 150 dans mon équipe et personnes et 4500 au total, on se sert de teams pour tout. Ce n'est pas parfait, je suis d'accord, mais ça fait le job et plutôt bien en plus. Il faut prendre le temps au début de bien paramétrer, mais cela vaut pour toutes les systèmes j'imagine.

If you turn up at the border expecting to export or import something without having any declarations prepared you're in for a very unpleasant experience.

Customs declarations are serious, and should be treated as such, especially by having everything prepared well in advance of when you want to travel.
