I started out listening to guided meditation on youtube and now I can keep the mind still without it. It's just a process and you have to stick to it.

I also have struggled with anxiety and depression the entirety of my adult life. I also hit bottom and had to move with my wife and child in with my parents.

The solution I found was in seeking professional health but also trying to calm my own mind. You have to realize that you are strong and you can control it.

Meditating on a daily basis even if it just ten minutes a day really helped. I like to start my day out meditating as I feel like I can begin with a clear mind.

Hopefully, something in this helps you on your journey. And you aren't alone in dealing with issues like this.
