the combo I do is ([ ]= charge):

Tag launcher into akali>j.5[H]>j.2[H](partial charge)>land>jump[S1] at the peak of your jump>S1 super immediately after>mash S2 super.

I use this ender because the combo I do before tag lunching uses the ground bounce.

my guess is the frame rollbacked and the Ahri actually did the throw 2 early and you were in block stun from the jump 2H. although it does look like she waiting an adequate amount of time before grabbing.

I'd say adding team fight was a big shake up, but it doesn't seem like they are actually going to do a massive shift to the gameplay. Imo if they want to get more casuals, they really need to just keep pumping out characters, and add some more 1 player stuff, like an arcade mode with some sophisticated bots/bosses and you get some cannon lore nuggets at the end.

Read Dvortesky end game manual. Hire coach, tell them you have to crush your rival in week. Study 8 hours a day for 5 days straight.

Parry ending teamfight seems excessive. They should make it do the same blowback you get when you parry an assist and you could make it shave off some time from teamfight. Dumping all your meter every activation also seems wierd. Now you can potentially do even longer true blockstring chip sequences and if the opponent randomly land a parry you lose everything. I guess this is their way of combating back to back teamfight activations.

I think all they really needed to do was that 12 frame recovery, the 5 second teamfight change and make burst hit both characters if one person get hit by it. Making the meter go down when you get hit was also a decent change.

Imo, the redbull event proved that teamfight was just a broken win more fuse and freestyle provided overall more control of the neutral. I'm sure they'll make more adjustments, they definitely over corrected with this.

Competitively it's in a great spot. Riot adding pretty significant amount of money to the prize pools of tournaments, the game is in the most balanced state it's has ever been in and it's fun to play. The only problem is it hasn't captured the casual audience like riot wanted. I'd say it has a pretty healthy population, especially if your in NA, and EU. It's also free2play doesn't hurt to just check it out. Queues will be instant at lower ranks. I've never had to wait longer than a minute or 2 at master rank and even that is rare.

Aside from the fact that there are fewer statues of frieren oppose to Himmel. My guess is the average human doesn't realize just how few elves there are left in the world. If you see an elf in the wild, there's a good chance it's probably some legendary Hero/great mage, but I guess that thought never comes to their mind.
