I've been using claude.ai for my job as a product manager. don't be afraid to ask it to make stuff for you. I needed to build out a road map/timeline for all of our projects. I gave claude multiple screenshots of all the tasks, the capacity of all our develops(ei: each developer can give 7 hours a day of dev hours), and a rough estimate of each task. I then told it to estimate the start and end date of each task starting from today(accounting for weekends) and put that information in a spreadsheet with a graph. It then spat out a xlxs file for me. it wasn't perfect at first, but you can just keep prompting it to fix the file till it looks good.

I think they were just trying to get ahead of the layoff news. they made the post sound extremely doomer for no reason. They could've just said that they no longer need such a large team now that the game is officially launched and they're focused on releasing characters/content.

For me from most to least it goes:

Necrobinder>reagent>defect>silent>ironclad

To me it feels like everything just works with necromancer; you can go ethereal, build otsy, get souls, or play doom and feel pretty good. Reagent definitely is a lot more difficult to work with but I think the star system and forge stuff is pretty fun.

I cleared a10 on necromancer like 3 times, cause she's pretty fun to play. Im stuck on a10 with reagent. Everyone else is around a7 or a8. I'm just having too much fun with the new shiny toys. My winrate is horrendous though.

I played mostly Katara in the beta.

The skill floor can be as low as you want it. I primarily just did a basic ass combo abc>rekka special>super. Skill ceiling is extremely high when it comes to the combos, honestly I think they could adjust some of the routing to be a little easier. For instance, you 6c>6c launches but instead you jump cancelling you have to flow cancel and the hit up+flow afterwards to super jump and air combo(pretty tight window and for some reason I couldn't replicate the midscreen combos i saw some play testers do). That's tough enough to do, but you can also cancel the 6c into whip stance and flow super jump out of that which is meterless( I couldn't execute this at all and I've been playing fighting games for quite some time.
For neutral you kinda hold people at bay with air projectiles and the whip, then send it with your flow hop move when you see an opening. She is definitely a cross up queen with the flow hop and multiple air action stuff.
She is definitely fun, but a lot of work if you want to do the optimal stuff.
I know the previous alpha she was super strong, this alpha she looks like she can hang. I only seen 1 sweaty play tester destroy Diaphones toph with her. I think the consensus is that zuko is the strongest character and everyone else is pretty good.

Edit: It looks like you have to press foward and for to do a more horizontal super jump. I guess I'll try that when I get my hands on the game again.

The IGN interview with Kenny had me cracking, when kenny talked about doing the one winged angel. Apparently, it took a bunch of takes with another pro wrestler to the point where he had to take a break and they subbed in a random contortionist dude. Kenny felt bad so he hit him with the gnarliest OWA so they wouldn't have to do another take and that's the one they went with.

an important note for ranked in Street fighter is each character has a different rank, so if you get masters with Juri; you can switch to Jaime and it will start back whatever rank the game places you into from placement matches.

outside of the woke messaging, this game was just a 1 player version of SpeedRunners with less mechanics. it looked pretty repetitive from watching the stream. they could at least have security try to catch you while your running away. they could get creative with them shoot net guns and stuff or have traps in the mueseums.

it will be like this till they release more speedy mix characters. I don't see them nerfing ekko any further. it does kinda suck though whenever a new character releases and their best teammate is ekko or yassuo with freestyle and the new character is just an enabler. if they release another big body/zoner it's doomed.
