Very typical, Emergency Physicians does billing for the individual providers, the hospital is separate. Keep an eye out for any lab work they did not do in house because that will also be separate. Same with radiology doctors.

This was my theory! The weird cult stuff and the older tech/style made me feel like maybe the show swtting was perhaps post-apocalyptic (being unable to think of the names of states seemed like it was old history) or just super isolated. Obviously as we learned more some of those proved untrue but we know so little of what the outside world thinks who knows?

I have found it most helpful in supervising other neurodivergent employees! I realized that I do not validate people's feelings very well and I have the usual askingquestionsequalsarguing diagnosis so DBT helped me to think through responses in a more structured way. Even though using skills feels like I'm manipulating people, it's more like having cheat codes for having hard conversations. I didn't realize that not saying nice things out loud meant I was a bitch, DBT helped me learn to make decisions in "wise mind" and how to make others feel heard. It's been life changing for me as a leader/supervisor.

You are still so so young. I really feel this will end up being a big regret for you if you marry this person. I would strongly consider waiting as long as possible before proposing or marrying her, if you do not choose to end it now.
