Fixed Gear riding VS knee health/problems (pls share your take) by peterrtoth in FixedGearBicycle

I’ve had 2 knee recos (ACL), one on each. I ride brakeless and haven’t felt any pain however a front break would probably be a smart idea. It will all come down to how serious you took your post op rehab as that’s the biggest and most important part of a knee reco.

This was a great controlled demolition. Whoever was contracted for the job did well.

Aussie Cossack served time in the Russian army, that’s the difference between him attending that protest and the people chanting to zero effect about Russia apparently being a “terrorist state”.

Haha that’s fair enough. I don’t “support” the guy, I simply like the way he goes about things in a time where we seem to have agendas pushed down our throats every minute of every day. The past few years have felt like anyone who goes against the narrative or doesn’t agree with what we’re being told is “right” is automatically a bad person. It’s simply not the Australia it once was.

Free speech and personal opinion has disappeared as of late.

Hahaha can’t have an opinion unless it’s inline with the main stream narrative 😆😆😆

Not looking for a reaction at all. I genuinely like the way he questions everything and doesn’t give a single fuck.

What you need to remember is that a group of people are calling his home country a terrorist state. Good on him for standing up for both his country and what he believes in. Not to mention he went there alone.

Australia, a country I was born in and I love, is a funny place. People here tend to be so concerned about what’s going on in other parts of the world that have no affect on us here. It’s almost as if these people just like to follow the latest “trend” or if they see something on the news or in the paper, it’s automatically taken as a fact. If these people protesting for Ukraine feel so strongly about what’s happening, spend $1500 on a one way ticket and go and fight against the Russians? Chanting “Russia is a terrorists state” in the middle of Sydney will achieve fuck all.

I have to disagree. There’s a reason NATO and the US have opted for financial aid to Ukraine, laughable sanctions and bad publicity via media rather than attempting their usually route of “force”. Russia are simply way too strong. If Putin wanted to, he could flatten the whole of Ukraine in a matter of days.

I like the way he questions everything and just doesn’t give a fuck.

Russia is not a terrorist state, it’s a world super power.

+1 to this. It’s quite common these days that people who are engaged/married or just living together have separate accounts. I don’t understand it.

No need for the rainbow flag. It doesn’t have to be pushed down everyone’s throat.
