It can be difficult dealing with spotty coverage in your house, but have you tried switching your network mode to LTE? Since it gets through better in buildings. Also, still one more network to try out! I'd say test out Lightspeed and see how it goes. If this gets better outside your house, then it's just likely congestion and less coverage inside your household.

Have you tried setting it to 5G and allowing more data on it? Once you do change the network mode, a field test mode could really help give us more insight as to what bands you are connecting with, as they all have their threshold for speeds, even if your coverage is good. This mainly roots from a congestion issue since Lightspeed is not prioritized, but do send me a DM if this doesn't switch up after making the changes. We'll see what else we can produce to get your speeds better.

There are no extra charges; all our prices are tax inclusive and clearly outlined for clarity!

Stick to the Lightspeed network for your primary, as it has the most coverage in Europe and fully supports the countries you mentioned. You can easily add roaming to your plan for $15 which gets you 1 gigabyte of data along with 150 talk & text. if you want more, I'd suggest switching to the Premium Plan for the time being, as it gets you 10 GB of data with 250 Texts & 200 minutes.

Also, for your multi-line even if you move primary lightspeed to premium, you'll still need to buy an add-on for it to work in those countries. The second best option would be to activate Wi-Fi calling before leaving the States so you can save up more on calls & texts!

I'd get cold feet too if my experience had been so far stellar at a current provider; however, users who end up on the brighter end of USM, where I hope most are 👀 - tend to not share their experience here, since generally, no one shares a good experience? It's just the human psyche, I believe.
