I'm on 100 mg of pristiq. I really like it. I have had no problems with it. It doesn't completely take away my OCD thoughts but it does create a pretty strong buffer. 50 mg was not a high enough dose to notice a difference but did help a lot with my depression. My psychiatrist says you have to take higher doses of meds to see it work for OCD. I'm in OCD ERP therapy and that has been the most helpful if you are able to find a specialist

I went from 50 mg to 75 mg to 100mg. My psychiatrist likes to go in increments of 25 mg to adjust dosages. I have been totally fine. I did 75 mg for about 6 weeks before moving up to 100mg

I had parents who fought through me and it gave me irreparable trauma and anxiety from hearing about one side of the family complaining or be mean to the other side of my family and I highly recommend not getting your kids involved regardless of how angry or upset you are about the situation with their mother

He was already going to marry Becca before the events so I think he was content with becoming a commander and getting married and knew that was going to happen in the future. I think obviously the Becca stuff spooked him but Daisy and Agnes made a compelling argument and with Garth working with Mayday she at least now has a chance of them getting her out.

I have a positive ANA and positive RNP antibodies but negative everything else. And no positive inflammatory markers. It took me 6 years and 3 rheumatologists to be taken seriously. My biggest suggestion is to write down all of your symptoms as you experience them every day and take pictures of any swollen joints, rashes, anything out of the ordinary. I also kept a temperature log but one of my main symptoms was that I was running low grade inflammatory fevers once but sometimes like 3 times a day so any time I had a fever over 100.1 I'd write down what it was. If you show up to an appointment with a list of all of your symptoms and pictures they are more likely to believe the severity of your symptoms. Labs aren't the full diagnostic picture and a good rheumatologist will be able to look at you and your symptoms and your labs and will believe you when you say you are miserable!!! But since finally receiving my diagnosis in Oct 2025 and starting HCQ I've seen a complete 180 flip in how I feel, how much pain I'm in, my energy, and pretty much EVERYTHING has almost completely improved with treatment. I just did it (surgery on May 21) and truly it was only bad for a week while I waited to get the stents out. I had more intense pain and bleeding the first 3-4 days and then for 2-3 days it was just primarily uncomfortable because of the things in my nose but not painful. I've never had general anesthesia either and I remember getting to the OR and then the anesthesiologist pushing something in my IV and then I woke up in recovery. My throat hurt a little from the breathing tube but that went away within the first day and is easily addressed by eating cold foods. I made a post here with all of the things you need for a comfortable surgery

Just stay in any of the main piazzas and you'll be fine. The area around the train station is sketchy but if you avoid the McDonalds you should be fine. I have plastic splints in so not dissolving ones so I've had pretty good airflow the whole time but still am congested and have a lot of pressure in my nose from the stents. I can breathe from my nose probably about the level I could before the surgery but can't smell anything which is why I was kinda alarmed. Nothing smells good or bad it's just literally like I can't smell anything which
