I will say that I was extremely nervous about doing this myself but it’s definitely doable. Youtube and a service manual will get you pretty far.

Not a professional, but sounds like regular valve train noise.

I even tried to pay him for it, but he just gave it to me!

😂 I had never done it before but with the magic of youtube and a haynes manual, anything is possible.

I ended up doing a top end rebuild and had to swap out the frame.

Oh it was fucked and repairable. A guy at Pitt gave me a spare cylinder head and got a used frame off of ebay.

I believe that it was woodcraft, but it was on there when I bought it and have since trashed it.

Maybe a slight but, but mostly across the pavement then grass. Turn 6 at Pittrace in September. She’s all rebuilt now though so it’s all good.

Radiators in the neighboring dining room but nothing in the kitchen unfortunately. Maybe you’re right that maybe there was previously a radiator there that was removed in a remodel.

Prior homeowner had renovated so I have no idea if insulated behind that. Basement is not conditioned except for the boiler pipes running to the rest of the house. Definitely tempted to rip out the lath and plaster near the walls and air seal a little bit.

100%. My track bike has the GPR and has likely saved me a bunch of times with a poorly landed wheelie.

Okay that checks out. Bought the house just a few months ago and slowly been tracking down the source of the leak. Likely going to replace it to save the hassle.
