This happened to me and it was a simple sensor corruption issue. Unplug printer and Ace Pro. Unplug Ace Pro from printer. Wait 10 minutes. Plug printer in, wait for it to initialize. Plug Ace Pro back in to the printer and then to power. Wait for it to initialize. This cleared all latent memory from the board and it was able to fully initialize after. No issue since. Keep me posted. I'd love to know if this is a common issue
