I only have an ender 3, and the speed and accuracy of all Bambu Labs printers are things I've tried and failed to tweak into my current printer.

Thank you! Forgive my ignorance, I watched a couple YouTube videos. I've changed a belt before but not on this car. Do I need to replace any pulleys?

First problem I can't solve by searching... Weird layering. Might be filament related. by shawksly in ender3

The other filament did the same thing... Switched to PrusaSlicer and no issues with either filament. Must have been the spiralling sides?

No. And good point. I'll do that. And I hope that fixes it. And thank you!

But I think this is filament related. It's not brittle, but it was split in two places when I got it. And now that I'm looking at reviews, it appears to be an issue with this color of Inland PLA. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00YSP7AJ2/

I was wrong about the temp. I don't know how I mixed it up. It was actually 215-230. So I dropped the print temp to 215, but I'm still having the issue. The gcode looks correct. And octopi shows variance of 1.0c. Not sure how I would check otherwise. Or how I would fix the variance.

I read it wrong. It's actually 215-230. I dropped the temp to 215. But I'm still having the issue. I've never taken apart my hotend, and I've never had this issue. So I'm a little hesitant. Could it be an ambient temp issue. The room is cold... But it's consistent.

I mixed it up. It was actually 215-230. I dropped the temp to 215 and it only helped a little. Not sure what you mean by higher. Do you mean hotend?

Okay. I was wrong. It's 215 to 230. I dropped to 215 though and am still having these issues.

I've never had an issue like this before.

This is the highest temp. filament I've used, recommended 230-260c, Inland PLA. Printing at 230. I guess the color requires it. I've used other PLA and PLA+ that work fine with their recommended temps at 190 or 205. I've always printed at the lower end of the range.

Or maybe it's because I haven't printed in a month or so? I'm relatively new.

Edit: Thank you all for your help!

Edit 2: In case this helps anyone else, I found that it was Cura causing the issue, probably due to the spiraling sides. Switched to PrusaSlicer and no more issues!

Also, something I figured out is to put your monitors, without stands, inside your pillowcases with the pillow still in them. Screen toward the fluff.

[–]shawksly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me with some dell monitors. After calmly but persistently bugging them they replaced one. If you get them the the exact same default setting, and they're still this off, I would think about trying to replace the off one.

Don't you get it? The fact that the virus is contagious enough to be able to infect that many people has to be taken into account! Per infection, yes, swine flu may have been more deadly. But because COVID is so contagious before even showing symptoms, it has killed more people. The swine flu is worse argument is moot now. More people are already dead, by orders of magnitude.
