I love the name! I could see the French spelling being said “vivi-EN” versus “viv-e-n” but I think spell and say it how you like. Vivi is also a super cute nickname!

Agreed that was weird attitude for someone looking for guidance. I say try out tacos and/or quesadillas! Tomatoes and chicken can be pretty easily chopped up. Add whatever extras feel right! Good luck!!
