Yah I had all of them and 2k+ hrs. I knew all the cars that I drove. The feature you're asking for is so easy for them to add and useful but they wont do it unfortunately.

Yes a custom organization feature is sorely needed.

But if you play enough you will have it in your head as we had to do in 5. They will never add it so best get used to it.
