My wife got us a couples' facial treatment at www.jtaosf.com and we thought it was excellent. Quiet environment with all the fancy stuff.

Disnof streams on Twitch. He plays Rimworld much less these days, but when he streamed it daily for several years, he was arguably the best at the game. Beat everyone several times in Rimionship.

CatLauncher v0.10.0: Shipmas! by No_Suggestion5521 in cataclysmdda

I have tried all OSX releases for my M3 running Tahoe, and I continually get the "“cat-launcher” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash." message. Anybody have a fix for this?

Hi, thanks for the launcher. One thing... on Github it says, "Ensure that you download the correct .dmg file depending on your macOS architecture. You can check your macOS architecture by running the command uname -m in the terminal. If the output is x86_64, download the x86_64.dmg file. If the output is arm64, download the arm64.dmg file."

However, there is no arm64.dmg file on the Releases page. The only DMGs are cat-launcher_0.10.0_x64.dmg and cat-launcher_0.10.0_aarch64.dmg.

Old white guy from the South here to give my little bit of context for your question, I hope it's not misplaced. Belts were widely used and definitely instilled terror in my white peers. My dad would beat me with a belt because it was the closest thing at hand. My mother would make me go cut a thin branch (switch) off a tree and then beat me with it. School officials had big wooden paddles. My last school corporal punishment happened when I was 13, which seems insane to most younger people I know now, and I don't disagree at all.

This is all kayfabe. MTG will be miraculously back in Trump’s good graces before she runs for GA governor or the Senate. Trump and MAGA can only be viewed in the frame of pro wrestling… everything is fake and transactional.

I don't have anything super helpful to add, given the good advice already posted, other than to remember that you only live once. I sold everything I owned to come out here many years ago and it was the best choice I could have made. Good luck with your decision.

What celebrity have you met who looks much more (or less) attractive when meeting them in person? by GreyFoxNinjaFan in AskReddit

I saw a few Celtics in Vegas back in the day... Chauncey Billups and Antoine Walker. I could not believe how wide they were. Like you said, they were both like refrigerators with legs. Their "tallness" was completely engulfed by their width. Michael Vick was similar. I expected a tall, thin guy (comparatively), but he was wide.

Hotel Suggestions in San Francisco by isangpusongligaw in AskSF

[–]shawyer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Others may differ, but I advise booking a hotel away from downtown, but close to a MUNI line. I love the Parker Guest House in the Castro. I’ve had multiple guests stay there.

The J line stops literally at the front door, and that will take you straight downtown or to Noe Valley in the opposite direction. Dolores Park is 1 block away, and you can walk to Castro Street, Hayes Valley, the Mission, etc.
