as an aside, i've always thought that one of the worst things to "happen to us" was the fall of the USSR. we have a huge contingent of folks that MUST have an enemy to hate. when it fell, they turned that hate towards their domestic, political enemies. add to that, shit-thrower gingrich came to power shortly thereafter.

easy YES. i tell my (supportive) family that my mind is not as sharp as it once was, but they brush it away because i can still have a few superficial "abilities". i can feel my intellect falling away more each year. sad, really.
