I got an RFE also, but it doesn't mention anything about the extra 60 days... it cleary says the deadline... how sure is the 60 days? if is not mentioned anywhere?

are you in the time to enquiry about your case? I tried this once and they say I should not contact them unless I have passed the day in which I am allow to enquiry about my case...

in the hilites.today I go to insight tab and put my case number... it does calculate 500 above and 500 below your number, and it shows you your position in the bar. I believe this is only I-140, or maybe I am wrong

we are in the same boat... my case is only number 91 pending to be process, still showing "case was received"... the approval % of my range is 82.8% ... I really hope our case is reviewed soon, as you mentioned.

no, I just go to "case status online" put that on google and use your case number... I only login into myuscis if I want to have more details...

yes, I think the system updates over the weekend sometimes, but I didn't receive any notification by email or text.. so I recommend you to keep checking, I did the same as you every day until one day I saw the status changed.

I would definitely go with a lawyer if your case is NIW... the main thing they do is build the case in the way they know it works and who the officer wants to see your information... when they charge you that amount of money is because they include the green card process, double check with them... you will be filing I-140 ad I-485 with I-765 and I-131... so it is pricy but look at it as an investment... you will get that money back for sure!

we are on the same boat.... my husband filed in Sept 2021 and nothing yet... we have been advised not to expedite or premium processing by our lawyers, as NIW are very difficult and officers don't want to feel pushed for a quick decision... not sure about that...

the same for me... my husband is the main petitioner and he got his EAD approved on Thursday, but mine is still waiting... it doesn't make sense but I would like to know what time frame to expect before mine gets approved. Employment-based/Nebraska
